Wow what a whirlwind the last month has been. Our week at the ocean was great. Lots of fun and relaxation! Not fun was the 7 hours drive to get there:( Got home in time for Roy to leave and work out of town. He got home just in time to go to Mark's wedding. It was beautiful and we had a great time at the wedding and his cabin. I had only met Chad from those Ficeks so it was great to finally meet the family!! We are going to try to drive out to see them next spring/early summer (only 9 hrs away). On our way home from the wedding I got news that a friend from home was being flown to Seattle. She woke up with a bad headach and went back to bed never to wake again. She went to be with her Lord early Sunday morning. She was only 44 and left 4 kids ages 22-14 and a shocked husband. Please pray for the Andersons. So I packed up the kids and went to my parents so I could go to the funeral. Now I am home and plan on not going anywhere for a while. So back to blogging my food:)

peanut butter sandwich, grapes, choco pudding, coffee
