We are feeling better. Went to bible study tonight. I thought it would do us good to get out of the house. My MOPS group gets together tomorrow am. Not sure if we will go or not. Will see what the morning brings.

protien shake with a shot of espresso in it
almonds
Spaghetti, g beans, white grape juice
english muffin with cheese
Goal for tomorrow is getting up early. Julie you've inspired me:)
Also plan to spend 10 mins on machine.
