Friday was a good day. Avery slept from 8pm-8am!! Went shopping then to the park. After lunch Micah and Ian played in sprinkler and I cleaned kitchen.
Roy got home early and there was a big box delivered. Roy announced that it was my bday present and after a guessing game I got to open it. A new espresso maker!!! I made 2 iced lattes (the best Id ever made) and Roy and I sat outside to watch the boys (Josiah was up by then). What a great machine. It is so much easier to pull shots on than my old one and the brew is perfect!!!
Bryon and Joni had us over for dinner. He grilled pork and we ate outside. Then had a nice visit. Overall it was a wonderful day.

Pork chop, jello w/oranges, noodles, the best potato salad I've ever had
coffee, watermelon, skinny cow ice cream sand. Dove chocolate
Hope todays meals are more balanced.
