We seem to have many places to go this week.
Yesterday I had a MOPS leadership meeting.
Today we are going to a birthday party.
We seldom go to bday parties so the kids are excited (been to only one in the last 2 years).
Anyone have good recipes for zucchini? I have it coming out my ears. Shredding and freezing some but want to use as much as I can while it is fresh. Roy and the boys want to make a stand to sell it and cukes and beets and turnips. Wish yall were close by so we could share!

that would be awesome to make a veggie stand to sell some. I have to see a picture of that!!! I too wish we where just alittle closer. I know gardens are lost of work with canning, freezing and pickling,but have fun where you can. I know Julie had a killer Zucchini bread. We put zucchini in everything: lasagna, spaghetti and other soups. Ted likes me to cut in right sone the middle, steam it, and add salt, pepper and a slick of cheese. yum!
