So now we sit and wait to sign. Roy was by yesterday and everything was clean just touch ups left. Today We are waiting for a call from Sandy to do a walk thru then sign praying for tomorrow. Although today would not be too bad as I did not end up going out yesterday.

The house is beautiful.. a real dream come true... I know! Looks like there might be room for us to come and visit one of these days (that is if you don't have anymore baby in a year or so...haha) I know you can not wait. praying all goes well
